Ken opened Valley Distribution Corp. in 1992 with a small 20,000 sq. ft. warehouse, a handful of employees, customers, and a dream.
Ken's emphasis on integrity and reputation has been a foundational principle on which Valley Distribution Corp. was built, and a key factor in the success of the company, which includes multiple best-in-class awards and recognition nationwide as an oil distributor with ExxonMobil.
Since 2010 Valley Distribution Corp has operated out of an 80,000 sq. ft. facility:
- Capable of storing over half a million gallons of product.
- Receiving and shipping from 5 dock doors.
- A rail spur system that allows for transloading (railcar to tanker truck).
- Full-length truck scale, 4 and 5-reel trailer delivery systems with hybrid trailers for delivery. (This cuts the cost for our customers and allows delivery with unmatched product integrity).
Our facility also boasts close to a mile of 2 and 3-inch pipes supported by over a hundred dedicated supply pumps that feed these pipes, elevated pumps inside our containment area, and a product integrity testing process to ensure all product that makes its way in and out of our facility is exactly what our customers expect. Additionally, each tank has its own dedicated pump, pipe, and family discharge hose.
Valley Environmental Service
Valley Environmental Service is a culmination of Valley Distribution Corp and a group of Iowa's largest used oil burners whose sole intent for the use is to burn it in the production of asphalt. We have over 1.5 million gallons of storage capacity placed strategically throughout the state of Iowa. This in turn is supported by a fleet of trucks that yields the customers they serve with a great piece of mind that the material will be handled and disposed of in the proper manner and in accordance with EPA regulations.

Valley Distribution Corp. serves 300+ miles of Iowa, Illinois, and Missouri across the state providing customers with best-in-class Mobil Branded Products additionally, we are one of the largest Donaldson Filtration Distributors in the state and hold the contract for the state of Iowa and a portion of Illinois with Wynn's aftermarket additive chemical company.
We are one of the Midwest's largest Graco distributors with the expertise to perform Graco and other warranty work.
DEF has become a major part of our business where we move thousands of gallons across the US every week. We also provide both on and off-road diesel applications.
Valgard, our economical private-label motor oil serves quick lube, service garages as well as commercial and industrial lubricants applications. We serve OEM car dealers the ability to do bulk oil dispensing equipment installs, as well as servicing. Additionally, we offer coolant, antifreeze, and our own manufactured windshield washer solvent.
